Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the WeSolve team ("we", "us") regarding your use of the WeSolve mobile application and related services.

By creating an account or using WeSolve, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2. Your account

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs on your account.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date.
• You may delete your account at any time from Settings > Account > Delete my account. Deletion is permanent.

3. Acceptable use

When using WeSolve you agree NOT to:

• Upload content you do not own or have permission to use, including copyrighted material without rights;
• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate;
• Use the app to harass, threaten, impersonate, or defame other users;
• Attempt to bypass quota limits, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the service;
• Use automated systems (bots, scripts) to interact with WeSolve without our permission;
• Cheat in competitive challenges or manipulate scores;
• Use the app for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the study materials, messages, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant WeSolve a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the service to you (e.g., generating quizzes from your PDFs, sending your messages to your friends, displaying your avatar).

This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except as needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or backup integrity.

You can report inappropriate content or block other users via the in-app report and block features. Reports are reviewed by our team.

5. AI-generated content

WeSolve uses third-party AI models (Google Gemini and others) to generate quizzes, explanations, podcasts, and study suggestions from your uploads. AI output:

• May contain errors, inaccuracies, or hallucinations;
• Should NOT be relied upon as authoritative for high-stakes decisions, medical/legal/financial advice, or as official exam content;
• Is provided "as is"; you are responsible for verifying important information against authoritative sources.

6. Subscriptions & payments

• WeSolve offers free and paid subscription plans (Premium, Ultra). Pricing is shown in the app at the point of purchase.
• Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. WeSolve never receives your payment details.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancel anytime from your device's subscription settings (Apple ID / Google account).
• Free trials, when available, automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled before then.
• Refunds are governed by the App Store / Play Store policies. We can assist with cancellations but cannot issue refunds directly.
• If your payment fails or you downgrade, premium features become unavailable; your data is retained on the free tier.

7. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, especially for:

• Repeated abuse, harassment, or hate speech reports;
• Uploading clearly illegal or copyrighted material;
• Cheating or score manipulation in competitive features;
• Bypassing quota or paywall systems;
• Threats to platform security.

Where appropriate we will notify you and give you a chance to respond. In serious cases, suspension may be immediate.

8. Disclaimers

WeSolve is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeSolve and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change. Material changes will be communicated in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
