1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you and the WeSolve team ("we", "us") regarding your use of the WeSolve mobile application and related services.

By creating an account or using WeSolve, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of the study materials, messages, and other content you upload ("User Content"). By uploading, you grant WeSolve a limited, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and display your User Content solely to provide the service to you (e.g., generating quizzes from your PDFs, sending your messages to your friends, displaying your avatar).

This license ends when you delete the content or your account, except as needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or backup integrity.

You can report inappropriate content or block other users via the in-app report and block features. Reports are reviewed by our team.

8. Disclaimers

WeSolve is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeSolve and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or business arising from your use of the app. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or USD 50, whichever is greater.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest change. Material changes will be communicated in the app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Istanbul, Turkey, except where mandatory consumer protection law gives you the right to bring a claim in your country of residence.
